Hey y'all,
Been a while since the last installment. I've started a new job and dealing with the hustle of working a 9-5 in the construction industry. I'm moving my newsletter to a sporadic installment with an end of the week vibe.
I do want to get some feedback on what you want to see or what you think I would be good at presenting to you. Give me a shout in the replies or on Twitter - I'd love to hear from you!
Along with personal updates, I'll curate a few things in the newsletter.
First off, I've published a few new articles on my site about how I learned how to manage and perform pipeline projects in record time.
You can find them here:
Pipeline Inspection for Non-Pipeliners
How I Run Successful Hydrotests

📘 Three Great Reads
How to Buy Gifts - in the spirit of the season, get gifts that you would want and give them to others. What is useful and versatile is better than something novel and fleeting. (I got this from BrainPint)
Big Lessons from History - Spoiler alert, you won't see it coming (from Pierre Taljaard at Uncommon Sense)
The Games People Play with Cash Flow - my friend Ced writes about first principles thinking and gives a great tangible example on how what is insightful isn't always useful
